Also equipped the advanced software such as Pro/E,UG and Moldflow for design, analysis and manufacturing.
Imported highly precision tooling machines from Switzerland and Japan, including high speed CNC, EDNC
machines, CNC wire-cut machines and CMM inspection machines etc. In injection workshop it has over 35
injection machines, including 18 FANUC high speed injection machines.
       With the advanced software and equipment, Premier can design and manufacture different precison
moulds such as stack mould, MUD mould, die casting mould and bakelite mould etc. Also Premier can
provides the total plastic solutions from product design, project management, injection,secondary processing,
assembly and after sale service.
